It’s official. The 2016 Wedding Season is here. What a great way to start it, shooting at one of my favorite venues in Vermont. The weather was suspect but fortunately Jay and Jaclyn decided to stay with the original plan and have the ceremony outside, at the knoll. When it was all said and done and the couple had their first kiss we went on a little canoeing adventure in the lake and got some great shots. Then the rain started but nobody cared. We were all inside enjoying the amazing food and the great party. It rained, it stopped, it hailed, it stopped, then it rained again and at the end it snowed. Not just a few flakes here and there, it was a full whiteout. Luckily for us it came at the perfect time, just when we were about to do the sparkler send-off. The snowstorm made for some amazing images.
