Bailey and David’s Wedding (photography)

The Barn at Smugglers Notch, Jeffersonville VT

This week took me back to The Barn at Smugglers Notch for Bailey and David’s wedding. I worked with them before when I photographed their engagement session so I knew I was in for a fun day.

We started with a first look and took care of a lot of the formals. Then suddenly the weather changed. A perfect summer day turned into a stormy disaster complete with torrential downpour. Fortunately it went away as fast as it came and the gorgeous summer weather returned. Bailey and David said I do in a beautiful ceremony performed by a good friend of theirs. The guests enjoyed everything Vermont has to offer. A gorgeous day, beautiful views, delicious food, craft beer and plenty of deserts. We sneaked out for a few more images just before the sun set and enjoyed some gorgeous golden hour light.

The party was wild and fun. Everyone danced until the very end and Bailey even sang a song!
