Tim and Cat’s Wedding at Jay Peak (photography)

We were treated to a perfectly clear and sunny summer day for Tim and Cat’s Wedding at Jay Peak.

The day began with an adventure as we rode the tram to the 4,000-foot summit for their first look. With amazing views in every direction, it was one of the most stunning locations imaginable. We spent time taking portraits against the vast mountain landscape before heading back down for the ceremony.

Back at the base of the mountain, the ceremony took place in the lovely barn gardens, offering an intimate and beautiful contrast to the grand scale of the peak. After Tim and Cat said their “I do’s,” everyone was ready to celebrate, and we joined the fantastic party already underway. The party was at The International Room. The same place Tim’s parents had their celebration decades ago.

The reception was full of incredible energy, thanks in large part to the band, A House on Fire. They were absolutely amazing, putting on a great show that had the dance floor packed from the first song to the last. It was so much fun to see everyone dancing and celebrating with Tim and Cat all night long.
