Lake Bomoseen Lodge and Taproom, Bomoseen VT

Early fall in Vermont is a special time, and Katie and Jack got a perfectly sunny and warm day for their wedding at the beautiful Lake Bomoseen Lodge and Taproom.

After everyone was ready, the day officially kicked off with a first look on the hill overlooking the lodge. We captured some beautiful portraits of the couple and their bridal party. A little while later, Katie and Jack returned to the same hilltop to say “I do,” surrounded by their closest friends and family.

Following the ceremony, guests made their way down to the water’s edge for a cocktail hour. With drinks in hand, everyone enjoyed the beautiful lake views and the warm afternoon sun, celebrating the newlyweds in a perfect, relaxed setting.

The reception was a fantastic party, filled with touching speeches, great music, and plenty of dancing. As the sun began to dip toward the horizon, we snuck out for a few sunset portraits right by the lake, taking advantage of that gorgeous golden light. Afterward, it was straight back to the celebration, where the dance floor remained packed for the rest of the night.
