The Maquam Barn and Winery, Milton VT
The day began not with one, but two incredibly touching events before the ceremony. Melissa shared a sweet and emotional first look with her dad, followed by an intimate “first touch” with John. They met on either side of a corner by the wine barrels, holding hands without seeing each other, building the anticipation for the walk down the aisle.
With the sun shining, Melissa and John said “I do” on the venue’s beautiful lawn. They exchanged heartfelt, personal vows that left few dry eyes among their family and friends. It was a perfect ceremony filled with genuine emotion.
The reception kicked off with touching speeches and a dance floor that quickly filled up. The party was in full swing when we saw the sky begin to change color. We stepped outside to take advantage of an absolutely amazing sunset, capturing some stunning portraits as the day came to a close. The celebration continued all night, a perfect end to a perfect day.
